A farmer with some land to spare land started a business storing caravans some time a go, and now wants to extend his or her buseness. To access the caravan storage site the caravans have to be transported down an avenue of bungalows, the avenue is a cul-de-sac, at the end there is a dirt road to the farm.
It has been comfirmed that the farmer did not gain any
permission to establish the caravan storage business.
Shouldn`t the farmer have asked for a planning application before he set up a caravan storage business?
