is it possible to complain about a court action against you? An ex partner is trying to claim half my property and I have spent 12,000 so far with solicitors defending this action. They are legally aided, how is this justice, I`m having to pay to defend what is mine and to stop someone taking it away from me.

Unfortunately, it is for the courts to decide what is a frivolous action, and what is equitable. I do understand your anger, I really do, but unless the courts felt there was a case to be heard it would never have made it to proceedings. I do know that its hard when justice seems to be failing, but hopefully the outcome will satisfy you. Good luck.
