I am 19 yrs of age and my parents are getting a divorce, but my sister is only 15. Because of this they are fighting for custody and trying to prove each other unfit. Fot that reason my father is trying to make me testify at the trial, but I do not want to, should I say anything against either parent. . . Do I have too go to trial and be questioned, when it is not a criminal case?
