photos of drunken antics
6 Answers
right, i don't know if i sound really daft/stupid or not but i'm gonna ask anyway - is it illegal (i say illegal because i dunno what else to call it? lol naughty? bad? not allowed? haha) to get photos developed of say ummmm drunken antics of knickers and bras and hands placed over certain bits and bobs?
i'm asking because last night haha me and friends had a drink or 9 and was playing games and we were taking pics and i really want the pics developed as they were on a disposable camera but i'm wondering if it's even legal to get them kinds of pics developed? like i said we are all 18 or over and there's no actual bits and bobs showing lol just hands and undies.
i sound really really loopy LMAO!
thanks for any help!

Now, what you do with said photos once developed is another mater. Embarrassment is one thing, but blackmail is definitely illegal (hohoho!).
Sending the embarrassing pix to the local (or even National if your friends were famous) papers whilst not illegal in itself, could end up in trouble for you if you did so to make money from private actions that were understood to remain private, and the pictures were taken in a private place (oddly, a Public House is a Private Place). In that case both you and the newspaper might be up for some serious courtroom time if the other people became lawyer happy.
On the other hand it sounds a a whole load of fun and you will fall about in hoots of laughter alternating with cringes when you show the pictures at the forthcoming coffee morning for these genteel friends of yours.
