If BUILDERSMATE and THEMAS are around, just updating you about my COUNCIL 5 YEAR CAUTION FOR FRAUD After Six months of my investigation, I proved myself innocent as the council had been informed on all my savings. The Ombudsman judged that miss maladministration had taken place on the grounds that Wrexham C. C. Finance Department had returned a letter to my file informing them of increases to our income, but had not placed it in chronological order by date and that the fraud officer did not check my entire file before investigation. The Council were ordered to return my �*** council tax which was never owed them, plus compensate me with �*** for the stress and anxiety they caused both my wife and I.
