What are your opions on selling your property an then renting it back ,is it a good way to releasemoney or just a con thanks Gypsyx

If you are in your 80s and you are happy for your family to inherit significantly less or nothing - then yes! it can be an excellent way to raise money.

Other than that, I can't think of any advantage.
