For any anime fans out there - is it possible to get hold of the Live Action " You're under arrest" series ( with subtitles ) other than Download. I'm watching it on Youtube and each ten minutes takes about 90 to load with my 56k modem. (Unable to get Broadband at the moment. )

Any help appreciated.
