does anyone know the amount of time from when being made redundant one can still claim redundancy pay? My husband was made redundant in nov 2004 and didnt receive his full redundancy as he has only recently found out what he was entitled to. Can he still claim what is outstanding?

Hi Loubie,

A claim should be made within 6 months but an employment tribunal have the powers to deal with a claim for up to 12 months after - so probably too late for your husband.
