selling my share of deeds to my partner

is it safe to sign the form to give her permission to get my share of deeds before recieving my share of money?on the deeds form its saying that i have recieved my share of money but the money have not release yet partner saying it will after i sign is it safe?

When my daughter and partner split she used a solicitor, who held the signed form till the money arrived.
Didn't cost a vast amount (not as much as the fees for buying a house).
Worth asking a solicitor how much it would be.
