My wife and I are seeking a divorce, the child of the marriage is 22 yrs old, working full time, my wife also works full time, as indeed do I (I'm none resident in UK) Under UK law what will I have to pay in maintenance for the child and what if anything for the wife. I have no fixed assets in UK.

You do not pay maintenance for 'children' aged 22.

If you are non-resident in a country, and you have no assets there, you couldn't possibly have a liabilty as it's unenforceable.

Thanks, I reside in an EU member state , are there any "joint" agreements on this type of issue..

what is there to agree,you dont pay maintenance for a child at 22 and working,your wife works,so you dont have to pay her,just divorce and go your seperate ways
