My workplace is located on a site owned by a separate managment company. The site was built on reclaimed land and was adjacent to an existing retail premise. In essence we rent the pocket of newly developed land from them. There is a possibility that this pocket of land has not been approved by the planning dept. If the **** hits the fan, so to speak, and we are forced out and the pocket left empty are we protected or are we entitled to sue for loss of earnings? many thanks.
