i was arrested for allegedly murdering someone i had never even heard of. while being questioned, i was offered a deal to have one of my co-accused put away. i declined and was eventually charged with the murder, then released after 13 months when it was conceeded that the investigating officers had illegally bugged client, solicitor priveliged conversations

I thought bugging solicitors conversations had been declared not grounds for throwinng a case out

Are you in the UK and was it in the news ?
and also I have to say that being on remand for murder for13 months is a very long time

90 % of murder trials are heard within 60 days of charging - [someone is gonna post inn and say these stats were never accurate] in ENgland and Wales I mean,

answer to 1, no i didn't do it.
2, the case was in england 2000/2001, released feb 2001.
been turned down for compensation and cant get funding for civil case.
stats are correct and were confirmed as in The Times newspaper last week in jan 2001/first week feb 2001.
