Just woundering as my friend has had a car crash and looks like they have whiplash. Any help as to what comp. to be looking at for them? Also back pains chest and arms? Thanks in advance!
Compensation isn't automatic - the other driver has to be at fault.
The level of compensation depends on lots of factors - length of time he suffers, level of pain and discomfort, loss of enjoyment and ability to perform usual tasks, loss of earnings....
For the moment he needs to keep a written record of everything - including pain and suffering, medical appointments, receipts for taxis - prescriptions - everything that he would not have incurred without the accident.
