I am trying to claim on my mobile phone cover insurance. I cancelled the direct debit mandate but did not give 1 month notice that was required. I have read the terms and conditions and there is nothing there to say that they should not fulfill my claim because i cancelled my mandate. What should I do Now

You cancelled your insurance without giving the required notice and now you expect them to cough up when you claim? Are you having a laugh?

How long was it between you cancelling the DD and claiming? I would imagine that as soon as they received notification that your DD had been cancelled they would have cancelled your policy. Did they write to you to inform you of this or to ask why the DD had been cancelled?
