How many school days off

Hi can anybody help me my husbands ex wife is demanding that she takes her son out of school before the school holidays we dont agree with this as we have custody of him can anyone tell me what the law is about this.

You should ask for permission from the school before removing a child to take them on holiday. You can remove them for school for two weeks but the time of year should be a big consideration. Also the age of the child should be taken into condsideration.
