For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.it depends on the order and if the partner decides to take it further. it is true persistant offenders can be put in prison but as pippa68 says it is rare. if you have a particular reason for breaking a court order for example mistreating the child. the worry of drugs etc.... i would go back to the solicitor and gain full custody.... hope this helps
