Music Performance Copyright.
1 Answers
Greetings each! I am in the process of setting up an online virtual reality organ concert with myself as the performer, at www.organshow.co.uk , using video streaming technology. I am a little unsure what my legal obligations are concerning composer/publisher credits for individual track listings, and also whether I am likely to be held liable for copyright/performance fees when performing someone else's compositions. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Cheers. Mike C.

It might not be obvious, from that page, whether you need a licence (or, if so, which one). If the 'Can't see which licence?' section, on the right, doesn't help, I suggest using the 'Contact us' link which is hiding at the very top of the page.
