my ex partner say there was a declaration of trust drawn up , but it was never signed or witnessed and there was no evidence of it existing on the land registry tranfer documents,
i have from day one been paying half the bills and mortgage since we bought the property 15 months ago,
i would like to know if im entitled to half of the house ?
