me and my girlfriend had an argument, she pushed me and i lost my balance, in result of me losing my balance i pushed her in her faced.

she got me areested and i was takern to the police station. but denired i forcfully grabbed her by her face.

i have to go court tommorw. i dont really now what to do.

if anyone has any answer or commonet please let me now asap.

See the duty solicitor when you get to court
No matter what someone does to you, it doesn't give you the right to assault them. (i.e. the fact that your girlfriend pushed you didn't give you the right to do anything to her. Your actions were 'retaliation' - which is illegal - rather than 'self defence' - which isn't).

Plead guilty but, as Vesper99 suggests, speak to the duty solicitor first. He/she will know how best to show that
(a) you were provoked (which is not a defence but which is a mitigating circumstance when the court considers sentence) ; and
(b) the assault was very minor in nature (and possibly not as bad as your ex?-girlfriend's evidence might suggest).
