I have appied for planning permission for some sheds on a field and a local has stated that I have a hidden caravan. This is a lie. What can I do?

Nothing. Just ignore it. You certainly don't want to waste energy and good money on legal advice.

don't do anything. an enforcement officer will come out to check. don't be awkward they have warrant card to enter land. if you are worried however you could contact planning and tell them it's a lie and invite officer to come check. your planning service will have seen lots of neighbour disputes-jealousy from neighbours is pretty common!
