Hi chaps,

I was in Kos, Greece last week and crashed a rented moped into a camoflaged wall (cause of the accident was a stray dog coming out of nowhere). A small dent on the carbon fibre was the only damage but upon returning the moped the guys went mental insisting I paid 200 Euros immediately even though they were insured against damages and theft, and I also had travel insurance.

Fair enough, I thought, but my insurer then told me due to it being my fault they owed me nothing and the rental company owed it to me - which of course when I rang them from back home they vehemently denied. Its only 200 Euros but still - help! Cheers.
