my wifes 2 year visa is due for revue or renewal in june next year, what is the law re critrea for getting a permanent settlement visa or to renew for a further 2 years please, thankyou.

That will depend on what kind of visa she is on - working holiday, spouse, student, highly skilled...all have different terms and conditions.

its a spouse one i suppose, we were married in thailand and applied for and was granted a 2 year visa just after, i was told i could apply for a permanent visa after 2 years but have since heard conflicting versions of the criterea.
