....do they get less chance, more chance or equal chance of being on a case?

It all depends on whether the court is busy or not. In my experience there are a lot of cases that come to court but at the last minute they plead guilty so no jury is needed. Jury service can be a lot of hanging around waiting. Many people were told on about 4th day they would not be needed at all so to return to work. In my case they had employed someone to do my job so I told them I couldn't go to work. good luck if you get on a jury/ or two. It is really very interesting.
