i went to this company to claim back my bank chargers in feb this year i got a offer from the bank in april of �2,800 licit turned this down wanting all of it which is �5,000 about 4 weeks ago they phoned me saying that they where taking the bank to court and that they where sending out paper work for us to sign i got no paper work so i phoned them all phone lines are dead allso you can not get there web site up so i with this court action on 27 of july do u think they have give up i think they are just as bad as the bank i want to talk to them ask why are they not telling there customers what is going on i would have taken that offer but they are just bad advice does this mean that they have broken there contract with us and that they no longer have a hold over us have they gone bust? we just dont know mr &mrs baxter suffolk

The outcome of the case isn't expected until well into next year.
Since there can be no new settlements fort a year or so, Licit Legal's main source of income (i.e. their percentage of any fees refunded) has dried up. So it's extremely likely that they've ceased trading.

they have moved they have sent me a email telling me what is going on they have also asked us if in the past if we have had loans or cars on finance becouse u can claim back all insurance on the loan they reckon that they are the only company that are doing this at the min is this true have you heard of this they take 30% at the end of each claim becouse 80% of claims go to court he told me on the phone that one customer got �16,000 back for a �10,000 loan i just dont understand how ?

its not about being silly you can get hold of them now if you read what is put above they shut down for a few weeks to move so all lines were down and web its how they have gone about it thats what bad so read b4 you write back i but a lot of faith into this company and have been let down and so have a lot of people
