This was NOT done for any financial gain or any profitable reason WHATSOEVER, just to meet this person. Have you done something more than described above that may actually be illegal?

Perhaps you need to explain further.
What you have described isn't illegal..unless as Hawkwalk says there is more to it?

All I have done is pose as myself but as a very wealthy me I swear that even if my rouse were to work nothing would be taken from or gained in the process except of couse meeting this person. They wouldn't consider me had they thought I was not wealthy with a company.

Basically if they investigated me and found out I didn't run this business and I wasn't weathy would I be in trouble legally?
If you have to pretend that you are wealthy just to meet this person, then they are not worth meeting! A relationship is about you as a person, not what you (may) have got!
Sad. Very sad.
if you haven't taken anyone's money under false pretences, you won't attract the attention of the police. Someone who suspected you might call in a private detective, I suppose, but it's hard to see why they'd bother as it would cost them money; they'd more likely just drop you.
How stupid are you?

if I say to you I'm a professional footballer (which I'm not) why and how would the law get involved.

I can just see it now being charged under the bulls*it Act 2007.
This person is just going to think you're a tw@.

Not without good reason.
I had a similar problem in reverse when I was fancying Mr Overall from afar. In order to impress him I pretended to be a plain, ordinary person with a boring job and didn't let on that I was a fantastically rich supermodel with a jet set lifestyle. I hid the Porsche & Ferrari in a friends garage and borrowed a Ford Escort. I kept quiet about the yacht, champagne, famous film star friends, gourmet food and my numerous homes in New York, Bermuda, Majorca and Perth.
The one thing we had in common was our love of old kid's programmes....particularly Jackanory
well im intruiged- did your lie work? Was it worth it? Are you going to come clean to this other person? What kind of company did you 'have'? Did you have to hire a posh car and hire designer outfits etc to carry it off?
