My fiance was stopped for not wearing his seatbelt.
He then left his wife and moved out of the marital home.
His wife, has received the court summons as he failed to produce due to her having all the documents at the house.
He doesnt know what time he is due in court today but knows it is today.
So the question is, what is the worst that can happen to him if he turns up at court today and still cant produce the documents?
Please help - I'm ever so worried.

Surely he has had time by now to get duplicate documents from his insurers/the DVLA?

No, he didnt realise he was due in court until last night, when she spitefully told him.
He has been to the insurance company but she has beat him to it, the insurance was in her name and has instructed them NOT to release any documentation!!!!
Did he notify the DVLA of his change of address as that is an offence if he doesn't too.

It doesnt matter its sorted now.

Thanks for your "help"
if he has had time to leave his wife and get another fiancee, why hasnt he had time to get reinsured, change his liscense address etc? Seems a bit odd to me!
Question Author
Well we have been too busy f*cking like bunnies if you really want to know....
hmm, seems his time might have been better spent sorting things out though!
Question Author
So do you know the answer to the question or are you just wanting to give an uninvited point of view?
keep ******* bunny enjoy life
Isn't leaving his wife because he was stopped by the cops a bit of an over-reaction?
