I have a failed IVA. It will be 6 years towards of end of year. Am I right in thinking this debt can be written due to the limitations act?
Thanks

Only if the lender has not acknowledged the debt for six years. So in all probability no.

The lender has not made any contact with me but on my report it says failed IVA so do you think it will be written off?
more than likely will be sold on to a debt collector, they don't write things of easily.

but i thought that if no one contacts you within 6 years of debt then they cant caome to you after that or thats what i read in the limitations act.
