Hi
After a person has been discharged from Bankrupcy, if there were to get say a pay rise at work, am I right in saying that they do not need to tell the OR about it now they have been discharged.
Thanks.

It depends. If you had an Income Payments Agreement or Order and were still making payments under it, then you still have a duty to notify any changes within 21 days. However, if you did not have such an agreement or order you do not have to notify anything once you are discharged.
