I have recently received a "Building regulations compliance certificate" for double glazing that I had done. I was expecting a certificate with Fenza on it. This certificate just gives me a certificate no. and no mention of Fenza. Can I consider it a Fenza Certificate?

Thank you for your help. They are not Fenza registered as advised verbally so it looks like I have some chasing and reporting to do. Experience is an expensive thing!
You have no problem - the Certificate you have is a good-un.
Installers of DG either have to be FENSA registered, in which case they self-certify and issue the certificate. Or they arrange for Building Control to check the quality of what they have done.
Your supplier has done the latter, because he isn't FENSA registered. That's OK.
