Children smoking
Although there are new regulations regarding under eighteens' from buying tobacco and related products, where is the law that says they can't actually smoke? I don't beleive there is such a law and I would like to see one introduced . Maybe it would be good if a law was passed that made it unlawful for children to smoke it would help enforce the buying one? Any other views?

Makes it illegal for a child under 5 to smoke.
I agree with bpoolmecca though. They will find a way.
I'm slightly confused that the government hasn't realised that these kids will just get their parents to buy them for them.
or....
they will buy illegally sourced tabs from abroad like most people do these days to avoid paying too much for them.
I like the way they have passed the responsibility on to the shopkeepers to enforce this law.
Oh, and what are they going to do with those 16 and 17 year olds who are already addicted to cigarettes.
Well done Gordon, keep up the good work!!!
