When does your 'leave year' start?

Do you have bank holidays and public holidays as well as the 20 annual leave entitlement?
Question Author
Holids year starts January 1st, i get 4 bank holidays a year.
You are now entitled to 24 days paid leave per year - this includes all bank and public holidays - Christmas, Easter, New Year, May Day, and so on.

If you already have 20 days plus the 8 days public holiday your entitlement won't change - not even in 2009 when the entitlement goes up to 28 days.

Thanks Ethel but can you tell me how many days i have left for this year, i have taken all my twenty days and the bank holidays.
None - you've had your new entitlement of 24 days already.
