Any one had dealings with the above companys? good or bad unfortuanatly have got to enter into an I V A have had advice from these and Pay Plan dont know which one to go with its just that the above have done work ie sending out proposal form and the other is in the post dont want to leave it to long so the dept dosent get any bigger know this is the only way out for me Thanks in advance

I don't know tenon debt solutions but a lot of IVA providers are not as reliable as one might wish. Don't forget that they are in business to make money, and the money comes from you one way or another.

Payplan are quite well known & I think they have a reasonable reputation although - like most things - you can see bad comments about them as well as good.

If you must go down this route be very careful that you really can afford the payments set out in the proposal.
If Tenon can't even spell the word 'debt' correctly then I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
Tenon will charge you a monthly fee for passing the money onto your creditors, a lot of companys will not recognise fee paying companys such as this. Payplan and CCCS are FREE and are approved and recognised by most companys.
