full time education

in my divorce settlement, it states......untill the child attains the age of 18 or the cestasion full time education......is that A levels or university?....I have checked so many answers...all different!...

i'm almost certain it's university: ie: any full time nonearning (usually) dependent state.

thanks!....but i have read so much lately!...some say uni is advanced education..or higher....and thats not full time?!! eek!

The usual cut off age is the 19th birthday IF they are in full time education to that age

Between the ages of 16 and 19, if the child is enrolled full-time in school (more than 12 hours per week and the course is up to and including A level), child maintenance for the child must be paid. This does not apply to advanced study, like study at a college or university, this only includes non-advanced study. .........................just found this on a site...but this does not include court orders?...thats what i had,from a local court
