me my girl friend split up which i had been with for 4 years she had owned her house before i met her
it was valued at �100,000
we then had a morgage to renovate �50,000 which i carried out lot of work my self i paid half of all bills and morgage but my name was not on the deeds our the morgage
but we have a deed of trust signed the house is now at �350,000
will the trust deed stand or how can i get my money
she has no cash to give me

what might happen??
