Should i worry?
I purchased a property 3 years ago and have discovered that the person I bought it from obtained it by mortgage fraud. apparently he gave false evidence on his mortgage application ie not declaring he already had a mortgage with another company which was in arrears in a different part of the country .He did not lived there for a number of years, he just rented it out. In the meantime he rented a house himself and just declared that address on this application. Theres now talk that he obtained the property by decpetion, meaning that my house was never his to sell, where will I stand in all this??? Help please .. thanks
