what laws is there against parking a carava in a cul de sac, the caravan is not registered to any of the owners cars and isn't attrached to any f them. there is lack of parking for ppl that live there anyway never mind a large caravan and the own insists onn parking 1 of their cars behind it which is making it hard to get cars in and out as it is a 1 lane street
