Exactly ! I have a relative who is a barrister and she says the reason that they get lenient sentences from the judges is because the judges themselves are into child porn, as are some policemen. Damn sick when people who are supposed to protect us from evil are actually part of it.

I would imagine it would depend on the severity of the material, and the amount of porn on the computer, other area's to be considered would be his occupation and whether he has had any previous convictions..

Is this question just " a q to be asked " or do you know someone who has it on their computor? if the latter applies report them to the police ?

Occupation not with children.... Video content... file named wife and eldest daughter teach youngest daughter ............anal........something. Never memorized the rest ...that was enough for me....Has a young daughter who lives with him every other week. I have reported it....police are looking into it.

I wouldn't call for life imprisonment or worse for paedophiles. It'd mean they might as well kill their victims. There's a reason these punishments are kept proportional.

Kiya, remember there are lots of videos out there about incest. Most quite legal. Some maybe even be real. It is not an offence to watch it if the "actors" are over 18 years.

BB may well be right (though I seem to recall the age in Britain is 16). The title sounds suspiciously like standard porn rather than actual abuse - the fact that it mentions only females, for instance. Are you sure pre-teens are involved?

A lot of these 'pre teens' aren't that at all.

Also (from what I have been told) some of the content in those videos have nothing to do with the title ~ they just put that title in to real viewers in...so you must make sure all facts are true before you steam in!

jillius - I've never heard such a load of tosh. A few judges may be in to child porn, but they are hardly going to risk exposing themselves by giving lenient sentences.

Judges and sentences are under very close scrutiny don't forget.
