Paint balling?

Would i be ok going down to my local woods with a paint ball gun for some target practice or would i get arrested?

i would think local bye laws would not allow you to do this.

Technically there are offences there but approach it from a common sense point of view.

If you going to be arrested then a member of the public will need to report you.

Ergo, if a memeber of the public is near enough to be bothered by your actions, should you be there in the first place?

I would ask a local farmer if you can use his land (assuming the paintballs are water based and easily biodegradable, which they should be)
