My son in law is working with a group of Polish imigrants, thes people are working over 60 sometimes 70 hours a week, and are only picking up about 175, the agency they work work tell them that the rest of the money is for paying the rent at which they are staying, this rent keeps increasing despite them having a contract.

What should they do?
