Claiming to be Widow
Is there any way to stop someone claiming to be the widow of a deceased person even though the marriage claim has been proved to be false (forged marriage certificate and sworn witness statements) .This person continues to use the family name for personal and business purposes, even when communicating with relatives!!! The claim was disproved after she attempted to gain from the will. Any views on this most welcome!

The forged marriage certificate i assume was done after her partner died to gain from the will, if that forgery was submitted to the probate registry she will be prosecuted i would imagine.
The forgery was used to gain ILR in this country and subsequently used together with other false information to obtain an NI number to enable her partner to claim pension credit.
