entry into the United States
I was arrested in the US for obstruct police and wanted to know if this would pose problems trying to re-enter on holiday in the future. The case was dismissed and there was no criminal conviction. I was concerned about the moral turpitude question on the visa waiver form and whether US Border Control officers would prevent my entry based on the fact that I had been arrested in the US.

If they do it depends on whether it was moral turpitude or not.

good website thx, a Police Officer wanted the name of the driver driving a car I was in ....the driver happened to be over the limit and left the scene.....I was a drunk passenger and according to the officer by not providing the name of the driver was obstructing him ...even though I was too incoherent at the time to give a proper answer...
