Is a swollen abdomen a sign of early pregnancy? My stomach has got big and bloated for the last few weeks and my chest has got bigger. Iv had light periods when on the pill but been off it a few weeks now.

Do a pregnancy test. Periods can, in some cases, be normal & regular right through pregnancy.
