the school is not listening about my child and others being bullied at school the headmaster id best mates and socialies with the head of goveners. Unfortunately the child belong to the head of goveners. What do we do next as there seems to be a conflict of interest?

daffy is spot on. Also, ask for a copy of the school's anti-bullying policy, and for a written summary of what the actions the head has taken in response to your complaints so far.
