Reducing working hours while off sick
1 Answers
I am currently off sick from work (i work part-time approx 25 hours per week) and have been for the past 3 weeks. Now my employer has said that when i return to work they can probably only offer me 8 hours. Can they just give my shifts away like that? They haven't given me anything in writing at the minute it's all just verbal. Do i have any rights in this matter.

Problem is most genuine people don't choose to be ill , I hope you get on fine tigger ....
