My cousin bought me a motorcycle as a gift. I am in the miltary and live in the state of Georgia while he lives in New York. The motorcycle was bought, registered and insured in New York. Now here is the problem, I can not get up to New York every year to renew the registration and insurance and also have the bike inspected. I want to know if there are any documents we can have drawn up that will give me legal ownership of the motorcycle so I can insure and register the motorcycle in my state of Georgia. One special note, the motorcycle is still being paid for, everything is in my cousins name. He is wiling to do what ever it takes, we just want to know what has to be done. Thank You.
