e bay customer dis satisfied
I sold my mother of the bride dress and coat on e bay. Described item in every detail including materials size colour length everything I could think of..Had an e mail today saying she was not satisfied with it and she wanted her money back .She said in e mail she had not looked at dress till nearly a week after receiving it yet she put feed back up that day she received it that she was happy with item.I would say she got a bargain at less than quarter of the price I paid and she had the fasinater to match as well.She said there was a mark on it which is not right as I examined it before posting. Where do I stand on this .Thanks

He later said it was poorly repaired and he didnt want it. It had never been repaired by me as it wasnt broken. He did it and then botched the repair. However, for a simple life I took it back and refunded his money but not the postage. There are some not very good buyers out there but I wouldnt let it put you off as the majority are great.
