They hold the patent and are not likely to give it up. In the past you would only find it on a ford - but other companies that are owned by ford are allowed to use it too. So you could see it on a Jaguar, Aston Martin, Volvo or Mazda.

Tubeway - yes I agree (only this once) that an apology is due. I thought as a Fleet Manager was up to date with most car related items, but you have got me there with the MOT thang

Heated Screen - yes thats what my focus has, but hot air through the vents is still quicker in my opinion.

I think that quick clear is better because you do not have to wait for the engine to heat up - at the moment I have a Vauxhall Vectra and I end up scraping the ice off the screen with an ice scraper - it is probably worse because it is a diesel - but quickclear only ever took a couple of minutes at most
