ABH....Again

1st time offender had a drink not a big drinker very rare even victim has said this in statement,Domestic row that went over the top Vic has not damages except a broken phone....Offender is now getting help from an alchol worker re drinking...Behaved perfect with police feels just a red mist desended volitaile realtion ship ...never any violence before what is the possible sentence for this? Charging officer was noted as saying not much to charge him on should be a caution

I really do not know the law, but your would be better getting advice from a Solicitor.
I would have thought it would be down to the victim if he or she pressed charges. Police normally try not to get involved in domestic issues unless the vitim does press charges.
