Hi there. I have a question about T-mobile and their phone replacement policy. Myself, my Wife and 3 Daughters all have various contracts and mobile phones with T-mobile. All are in my name. Because of the cost of the bills and how much insurance is, I have never taken out insurance on any over the years. I haven't had to as I have the kids well warned about losing or breaking their expensive mobiles which they have been great about. My question is, one of my Daughter's mobile has stopped working through no fault of her own. Am I able to take it back to the T-mobile shop for them to see what's wrong with it and ask for it to be repaired even though I have no insurance.Cheers.Andy.

Hi. Yes, the kids' upgraded just before Christmas, so we CAN take it to the shop because it isn't a year old yet. Thanks. Andy.
Yes most of them will have a 12 month warranty under which it will be fixed or replaced.

You may have to argue with them though as when mine stopped working they told me they could do nothing as I did not have insurance, and it was only when I demanded to speak to a manager that they offered to replace it!
