In december at a work xmas night out i was on the dance floor when another employee repeatedly pulled on my shirt, i spun round and the both pf os pushed heads together resulting in him getting a bloody nose. As soon as i saw what happended ileft. His father is a police officer and he called the police resulting in me getting charged. Our employers done an investigation resulting in him getting sacked. I am now due in court because of the incident. He has one witness, i have 3. Everyone was eextremely drunk and i struggle to remember what fully happened. If found guilty of assault what sort of punishment can i expect? i am 23 yrs old, and have never been in trouble before.I have rcved several threats from this boy since.
